We believe that every Wonder Girl deserves the opportunity to thrive as leaders of their own lives despite economic, social or educational challenges.
LEADERSHIP
We give our Wonder Girls opportunities to develop leadership, team building, and decision-making skills. We focus on their developmental needs by nurturing their autonomy while at the same time lending them guidance and support.
BUSINESS SKILLS
From writing emails and resumes to going on job interviews and dressing the part, our Wonder Girls learn the necessary business skills for any career path they may choose. Our network of professional female speakers and mentors provide an experience of real-life knowledge, insight, and the how-to’s of being successful.
WELLNESS
We care about the overall well-being and health of our Wonder Girls. We teach self-care and healthy habits that help our Wonder Girls stay strong both physically and mentally at our Wonder Girls Wellness Retreat.
