Jenn managed and oversaw the creation of Long Island’s largest vegetarian kitchen at Jandi’s in Oceanside, and is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet in Manhattan. She was a chef at Angelica Kitchen in Manhattan. A lifelong animal lover and a vegetarian for over 20 years, Jenn had the vision that brought Karma Road to reality… She’s the realist in their partnership and is fond of telling people that she taught Seth how to cook.
Seth worked through high school as a baker’s assistant and a bagel baker, then managed a gourmet cheese shop on Long Island’s North Shore. He’s done private and public cooking lessons and worked under Jenn at Jandi’s and as a pastry chef at Angelica Kitchen. He was a raw-foodist along with Jenn for one year, but his mother-in-law thought he was too thin and he went back to eating some cooked food. He is also songwriter/singer Seth Davis and has no idea how to manage both careers.
Jenn and Seth have two young sons, two needy cats, two adorable dogs and love their adopted community of New Paltz, NY.
Karma Road’s passion is serving good, clean food in an environmentally sustainable way.
Our rotating menu is lovingly built out of fresh, organic ingredients from the plant kingdom. Expect something delightfully different on each visit.

Karma Road is located 1.5 miles west of the NYS Thruway, exit 18 at 11 Main Street, downtown New Paltz (toward the mountain). We’re next to the Bicycle Depot & across the street from Water Street Market. Free parking.
