Brooklyn Pasta Lab was established in 2017 and is run by Michael Pini, who has been a chef in NYC for over a decade.

Michael has worked in NYC’s top restaurants including Eleven Madison Park, The NoMad Hotel, Betony, as well as the famous Bruno e Franco La Salumeria in Bologna, Italy.

His personal mission as an American Italian is to bring Italian cuisine to the comfort of your home.

Our pasta kits include fresh handmade pasta using traditional techniques & tools such as a ‘mattarello’, a large Italian rolling pin. Each kit includes traditional sauce pairings and a recipe to follow, feeding 2 people generously.
