Vazzano • Taste of Italy is a modern take on an Italian café, restaurant, and bakery!
We are a family that truly believes in the pursuit to add passion and perfection into everything we do. Our story started with our grandparents that came over from Italy and refused to cook and bake with subpar ingredients. From this mentality, we put an emphasis on acting as if they are over our shoulder watching our every move. Shortly stated, our goal is to bring the food culture of our family and Italy to you.

We only use the finest ingredients that are sourced either from small, boutique producers in Italy or organic farms here locally. Everything is freshly made right here in NJ. Our goal is to provide you an experience that makes you feel as if you stopped for lunch and a cappuccino in Milan after a morning of shopping or grabbing fresh gelato after enjoying the waters of the Amalfi Coast!
