Inspired by the centuries-old tradition of Italian coffee bars, Salonniere offers signature coffee and espressos, authentic Sicilian granita, sweet and savory spuntini (appetizers) – complemented by carefully curated Italian wines, seasonal beers and sparkling prosecco.
Salonniere celebrates the art of hosting – encouraging all forms of social gathering, impromptu or planned, in the style of Enlightenment-Age European “salons,” where good conversation can lead to stronger communities, new ideas and even positive change.
Coffee bars are gathering places similar to the “salons” of 17th and 18th century Europe, where “salonnieres” – influencers in their day – inspired conversation about art, politics, philosophy, music and issues of the times (and yes, gossip) that not infrequently led to new ideas and positive change.
Salonniere invites any and all who enjoy good conversation (or simply a great cup of coffee) to enjoy a taste of this special experience in Nyack.

Our Mobile Coffee & Granita Bar is Available for Coffee Pop-Ups: Our Piaggio Ape 50, Ninett♥ travels throughout the Hudson Valley spreading coffee and cheer at private events.
