Restaurant X is a reservation-only experience, featuring a pre-fixed multi-course tasting concept, in which the hand-selected guest chef will create both savory and sweet tasting options to be served by the highest echelon of service experts and paired with curated cocktails.
Guests who dine frequently will have the ability to experience the new menus created and developed from the minds of a different chef.
Every two weeks we will introduce a different chef to our community in Port Washington, New York that will contribute their passions to our kitchen.
We will exhibit these chefs, and feature their menus. We will explore their stories, their goals, and their achievements. We will exalt the creativity that makes their attitude and approach towards food so special. Every two weeks our team will interpret, and recreate their menu. And we will honor them by expressing their unique vision in our unique style.
