Greenport, the North Fork’s restaurant hub has added a new cuisine to its roster. The Turkish eatery-market Olive Branch Restaurant & Bar has opened in the little U-shaped shopping center across the street from Mitchell Park on Front Street.
Traditional Mediterranean recipes with European & American influences. Featured dishes from Turkey, France, Greece & Italy.
Sit-down and take-out options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Enjoy full service dining inside our cozy dining room or take in the view of the harbor on our patio. Larger parties can gather around our oversized high-top tables that are the center piece of our themed bar.
The Olive Branch Cafe also sells imported Turkish wine, as well as American wine and beer.
For owners Michelle and Yusuf Alptekin, it has been a labor of love with Yusuf doing much of the work on the restaurant himself. “This is a dream for him,” Mrs. Alptekin says of her husband.
