Hudson Valley Brewery

Hudson Valley Brewery

At Hudson Valley Brewery, we like to think of our beer as the product of a wide variety of influences.

Much like the ever changing Hudson Valley, our beers are a blend of the traditional and the modern.

We opened our brewery in Beacon, New York to the public in 2017. In 2023, we completed the renovations of our historic mill building, adding a spacious new tasting room and event space. As a farm brewery, we take pride in making Sour Farmhouse Ales using only New York State ingredients with a focus on local terroir. While our fruit-forward Sour IPAs evoke nostalgic memories, we also explore the world of lagers and hoppy beers with the same fervor and dedication.

Hudson Valley Brewery believes in the inclusion of all people, regardless of race, gender, sex, sexuality, economic class, education, disability, nation of origin, age, faith, or identity. It is our responsibility and resolve to create an environment in which everyone feels welcome. Hudson Valley Brewery is dedicated to providing a harassment-free workplace, environment, and experience. Sexual, racist, or exclusionary jokes/behaviors and harassment in any form is not tolerated. Please speak with a staff member if you feel uncomfortable with anyone’s action or language in the brewery.
