Relocating to Hudson, NY in March of 2020 our passion for coffee became a new business. We launched our brand at our local Farmers Market naming each coffee after iconic Hudson Valley places and people. Our narrow assortment offered both dark and medium roasted organic coffees which sold out almost every weekend.
With our proof of concept accomplished we opened our café in Hudson, NY in March of 2021. Today we have become a favorite place for locals and visitors to enjoy coffee and freshly baked items in a casual, elegant space.
Our coffees are individual in their flavor profiles offering rich complexities, soft chocolate notes, low acidity and no bitterness. We small batch roast only the highest quality organic beans every week, to insures freshness in every cup.
