Buongiorno! I am Anthony LaFranca who is an Italian Chef that has a passion for cooking Italian food.
My passion for cooking is also fueled by the search for authentic flavors that come only from authentic & natural ingredients. I started my import company Sapori di Sicilia Imports with the same passion sourcing natural and healthy ingredients from Sicily. My home town of Partinico which is an area full of resources from the land for fresh vegetables and olives.
