Dinner Menu By Executive Chef Francisco Blanco – Chef Francisco Blanco, who hails from Mexico City, crafts a menu here that draws from Southern Mexico and Oaxaca in the Bowery space once occupied by DBGB. Don’t sleep on the flor de calabaza tacos, tuna tostada, or flautas dorada.
Our handcrafted cocktails are artfully created from the finest selection of local and imported liquor, including different selections of mezcal, tequila, and rum—including some specialized IPA and wines from Mexico. All our specialty cocktails are alchemized with exotic herbs and spices, and seasonal fruits.
