Nestled in the heart of Sussex County, Andersen Farms grows and harvests their own seasonal vegetables, nurtures over 7,000 apple trees, and taps maple trees to craft rich, golden syrup.
Homemade ice cream, shelves stocked with delicious canned goods, condiments, and ingredients are ready for customers— all made with fresh, homegrown ingredients and care. Every product is a reflection of the Andersen family, their values, and their calling to honor the Lord through the work of many hands. Beyond their extensive product line, they deliver an immersive farm experience that connects people with the land, celebrating the unique charm of the Sussex County lifestyle.
Tucked away in picturesque Sussex County, our first generation family farm is hard at work every season growing vegetables, flowers, pumpkins, grains, hay, and more. Caring for our apple orchard and taping maple trees to make our delicious golden syrup. We whip up our own homemade ice cream right on sight with our unique recipes and ingredients. Our coffee shop is open daily with that perfect cup of joe to get you through the day. Delicious and nutritious foods and baked goods are prepared daily with love so you can enjoy the tastes of home cooking without the work. Funky gifts, jarred goods & condiments, home decor, locally sourced foods & products, and service with a smile is what you can find year round at our farm!
Opened in 2019 inside our Sparta Store, the Ice Cream Shop has grown from ten flavors to 250, all made in-house. Year-round staples—Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Mint Chip, Judy’s Coffee, Black Raspberry 3x Chocolate Chunk, Pop’s Chocolate Chip, and Double Cookies & Cream—anchor a rotating lineup of seasonal, gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free options, plus specialty sundaes, pints, quarts and cookie sandwiches.
