In 2023, three friends with a love of design, art, and great coffee decided to collaborate on their shared vision for a welcoming and creative space in Uptown Kingston. Together, they bought the building located at 237 Fair Street and first renovated the two upper floors (now available for lease as creative / office space), next completing the rebirth of the ground floor as KINGSTON SOCIAL.

CAFÉ – Kingston Social aims to provide an authentic European café experience, a place where you can sit down and spend quality time with someone (or just yourself), setting the phone or laptop aside for a moment and enjoying a coffee or a treat.
MERCANTILE – Kingston Social aspires to be the modern-day general store, offering a curated selection of gifts and goods for the home. You will find a range of clever items for every room in the house, from kitchen to bath, library to living room, even the playroom!
GALLERY – Kington Social is the home of Pinkwater Gallery, voted best art gallery in the Hudson Valley by the readers of Chronogram in 2023. Discover contemporary art in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Maybe even fall in love with something and take it home…
