We are seeking a motivated Insurance Salesperson to join our reputable agency located in Northport, New York. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, serving our diverse clientele with their insurance needs.
This is being offered as an in-person position, as we believe in-person work fosters direct collaboration and team bonding. Returning Allstate employees are welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads and build relationships with potential clients
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and present suitable insurance products
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the agency
- Stay updated on insurance products and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Insurance licensing – Personal Lines minimum, P&C preferred
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Willingness to obtain additional licensing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
