The dreaming goddess was a trance-channeling priestess and oracle who ventured deeply into the darkness for divine inspiration. She worked to bring healing and wholeness to the individual, community, and Mother Earth. Her statue, dating back about 6,000 years, was found in an alcove in an underground temple on the Island of Malta.
