We’re here to help when you need a 2nd set of hands to finish your to-do list. Get help with shopping and errands like grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup, prescription collection, and post office runs. We also offer accompaniment to appointments. It doesn’t matter if you need items picked up or dropped off, we can do it all!
Walk & Talks
“Walk & Talk” companionship services offer in-person, one-on-one support where a companion accompanies an individual on walks, providing company and conversation to combat loneliness and support physical activity. The goal is to provide both physical movement and social engagement, improving quality of life.
Food Prep / Cooking / Sharing a Meal
Whether you want us to prep meals to save time or just enjoy the social aspect of cooking and sharing a meal together, we are here to provide you company and assistance. Sharing meals fosters a strong sense of belonging, providing a natural setting for conversation, laughing together, and building connection.

Companions can help with many activities during the holidays. Our services can be provided at home, helping with holiday preparations, or simply providing company and non-medical support. We can also help with travel to holiday destinations, providing safety and assistance throughout the trip door-to-door. Whatever you need, we tailor services to a client’s needs, making sure they feel included and cared for.
