Aside from dance steps, at Somos Latin Dance, you’ll get to understand the difference in rhythms and the influences that have transformed the sounds over the years. Dance styles are constantly evolving, but the fundamentals will always be rooted in whatever the future brings. I hope you join our community and let dance transform you. Group Classes: No partner is necessary. Salsa, Bachata and Merengue are currently available.
Private Lessons: Private lessons are great for a more personalized experience. Choose from salsa, merengue, bachata, or other Latin styles, and the instructor can put together a program for progress. Weekday and weekend availability in Midtown and Queens, NY.
Online Classes, Fundamentals of Salsa: Start from the beginning! Learn your fundamental steps for salsa On2 and practice from the comfort of your own home. Access to this members area is just a one-time fee of $10!
