Many Americans don’t know what true Neapolitan pizza tastes like because “they’ve been lied to and cheated” by pizzerias serving less-than-authentic food, he said. The opportunity to educate the customer by giving them a chance to try true Neapolitan pizza is something that excites Gallucci.
