We started in a small 2,000 square foot rental space in the Winter of 2014. Demand grew quickly and after much planning and construction (with the usual delay) we opened an almost 9,000 foot space in 2019, our custom built production brewery. We have a large downstairs tasting room, complete with a longship bar, an upstairs mezzanine for overflow seating and private events, and a large outdoor patio and beer garden.

You can jump on the Paulinskill Trail, a repurposed railway line, for a walk, run or bike ride all accessible right off our parking lot without going on any roads.

CRAFT BEER – We have 18 craft beer taps, and a few extra taps for craft seltzer and even a non-alcoholic sparking drink.

FOOD – While we can’t sell prepared food under our production brewing license in New Jersey, we always have snacks and crackers, local cheeses, beef jerky and salamie to make your own charcuterie board! We also have a rotating lineup of food trucks which you can find at our events.

EVENTS – With the legal changes in New Jersey we are finally able to offer a wide assortment of events and live music.
