REHABBING MAIN STREET: We bought the building at auction in 2017. It was a wreck with previous flood damage and suffering years of neglect, but it was love at first sight. The first stage was to shore up the exterior and renovate the two apartments on the second floor, which was completed in March 2021. Building out space for the businesses on the ground floor is the final stage and the bulk of the current workload.
