*Returns & Exchanges*

We will be glad to make an exchange or refund for any items you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to Blend within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition. Return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Sale items: we will accept returns for exchange or store credit ONLY. No refunds on sale items.

Items purchased with discount codes: items purchased at reduced rates using discount codes are considered sale items. We will accept returns for exchange or store credit ONLY. No refunds on items purchased with discount codes.

Please send an email to Service@BlendNY.com telling us the items you wish to return. We will email you back with a return authorization number. Send returns with the original receipt and the RA # written clearly on the outside of the package. We will not accept packages without an RA number and are not responsible for packages not received or received without a receipt.

We will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
