Vava by Joy Han, the sister line to Voom by Joy Han, was launched in the summer of 2007 with great anticipation. Vava still focuses on fun prints and classic styles reminescent of Voom, but with an affordable lower price point. As the sole designer of Voom, Joy Han is the heart and soul of the company, the original “Voom Girl”. As the brilliant and innovative designer behind the creation of the new style genre “Twisted Vintage”, she is being dubbed the “Ms. Galliano” by people in the fashion industry.
Joy Han wanted to create new classic pieces that look trendy without being the “IT” trend, so that any woman can wear it any season, year after year. It is no wonder that Voom got a lot of media attention even from the very start!
